Creating Roadmaps for Digital Transformation (NDT 4.0)
Overview
What will I learn
Roadmaps, known by different names worldwide like mapa rodoviário, hoja de ruta, fahrplans, or feuille de route, have always been crucial in driving sociocultural, economic, technological, and political changes. This unique course is designed to guide you through a seven-stage process to create an effective roadmap for the Digital Transformation of Industry 4.0 environments, including Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE) processes and systems.
This course is a participant-driven meeting, a shorter and more interactive version of an "unconference." This format is highly effective because it shifts the focus from traditional expert-led seminars to a more collaborative experience. In a course, participants take the lead, driving both the content and structure of the event, which fosters deeper engagement and richer learning.
Ramon Fernandez, who co-authored the book "NDE 4.0: How to Embrace to Thrive Now" with Dr. Ripi Singh, will be leading this course. He also led the team that created the NDE 4.0 Roadmaps Guidance document, soon to be published by ICNDT. Participants will have the option to use this book as a reference to enhance their learning during and after the unseminar.
