IRISNDT is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Metlabs Australia Group of Companies (“Metlabs”). Based in Perth, WA, Metlabs has served the Mining, Fabrication/Construction and Rail markets since 2010, offering a customer driven array of inspection, repair, and maintenance services. This is IRISNDT’s fourth investment in the Australian market following the acquisitions of Sinclair X-Ray (Melbourne, 2019), QTIC Pty Ltd (Perth, 2020), and Inspection Solutions Australia Pty Ltd (Newcastle, 2020).
