Solution Analysis of Electrolytes – Easy & Fast

The FISCHERSCOPE® X-RAY XDLM® 237 is an XRF instrument for the coating thickness measurement of single and multilayers as well as for simple alloy analysis. Furthermore, the XDLM 237 is perfectly suited for solution analysis of electrolytes. Almost all electrolytes commonly used in the industry can be measured with this XRF spectrometer.

Fischer offers everything you need for bath analysis. Benfit from highest quality of the handy measuring cells and plastic foils. The measurement is prepared in just a few steps. Initially, the XRF instrument is calibrated once with a chemical method and after that ready-to-use. Depending on the equipment of the X-RAY, the bath analysis can be performed starting from a minimum metal ion concentration of about 0.1 g/l. Compared to other chemical electrolyte analysis methods such as ICP-OES, AAS or titration, our method saves time and money because our solution is simpler, cheaper and faster.

With Fischer measurement technology, you see at first glance whether the metal ion concentration meets your specified requirements. In just a few moments, you can be sure that your plating baths meet the quality specifications for electrolyte concentration.

By monitoring your plating solutions with the XDLM 237, you avoid rejects when coating critical parts or large batches! Do not take any risks! Choose Fischer – and save time and money!
